WADIN BAY RESORT SUBDIVISION
Wadin Bay is located 23kms north of the Town of La Ronge on the paved Highway 102. It is a recreational subdivision located in the Lac La Ronge Provincial Park with both seasonal cabins and year-round homes. There are a limited number of lots available to purchase for custom development. It is a tight-knit community located in the beautiful boreal forest adjacent to Lac La Ronge. There is access to a public beach and boat launch. Most properties are titled, but a few are still leased.
SERVICES AVAILABLE
SaskPower and SaskTel provide services to Wadin Bay, including the availability of high speed internet. There is good cell service thanks to the new cell tower at Sucker River. There is no municipal water or sewer services, so each residence must deal with this individually. There are a number of businesses in town that will deliver potable water and provide septic services. Property taxes are payable to Northern Municipal Services and they are also in charge of zoning and building permits. There is K-12 school bus service provided Pre-Cam Community School & Churchill Community High School.
WADIN BAY CAMPGROUND
Not far from the resort subdivision, the Wadin​ Bay Campground offers a service centre, hot showers, a beach, picnic shelters, and both electric and non-electric sites with extra privacy among sites created by the aspen and spruce forest. Some sites are lakefront. Camping reservations and seasonal sites available.
